For the Goddesses with Babe, I am focusing on activating your parasympathetic nervous system to allow you to feel fully embodied. Being aware and connected with your body through birthing is an important step to preparing for your magical marathon!

For Postpartum:

I follow the tradition of my lineage for Postpartum care and view the first 40 days after giving birth as being the most important time to help your body come back to balance. This is the beginning of a beautiful journey into motherhood. My focus is supporting your birth integration process and guiding your nervous system into a calm state. I will address any areas of discomfort that are common post birthing and breastfeeding. Postpartum sessions can run up to 2 hours. If babe needs to be fed we can set you up on the table to feed while Im working or we pause for a bit. I use herbalized Olive Oil that I blend myself. I use herbs that are calming and nourishing for your Postpartum care.

This is a traditional custom to help your body realign on all levels after birthing. During the birthing process not only do your bones expand to allow the baby to move through your body, your whole energetic system expands as well. The process of “closing the hips” also helps bring your whole energy system back to an ideal level so that you can feel more embodied after such a dynamic experience…you are a portal of life. This is a beautiful process that will leave you feeling loved, heard, and embodied.

I approach each body as a Sacred Temple. I create a safe and supportive space that allows the body on my table to soften, unwind, and release. My bodywork is intuitive and informed by all the different modalities in my tool box. I listen to what your body needs to communicate. I follow your unique and natural rhythms and flows. I create space for your body to acclimate and integrate the changes it is constantly moving through. My intention is always to be present and support you on your journey of embodiment. “Sole to Soul” began as an inspired offering, from listening to couples express their desire for more physical connection during and after pregnancy.

This began as a workshop and I’ve decided to add “Sole to Soul” as an intimate ongoing offering. This teaching is intended for practicality and for that reason I will also be adding the option of teaching it from the comfort of your own home. You’ll learn to give each other the best foot massage ever. You will also be guided on what points to avoid during pregnancy and I will share massage tips including acupressure points to help during the birthing process.
